bldr-daemon check

Validate this binary and its configuration, then exit.

Checks the things that make a daemon fail to start: that the arguments parse, and that the config file is readable and well-formed. Starts no node, opens no store, mounts nothing and touches no shared state, so it is safe to run against a host where a daemon is already serving.

This exists because the two obvious ways to check a fresh build are both wrong. --help proves nothing: two clap arguments that collide on their derived id render perfect help and then fail every real parse, which shipped once and left the daemon unable to start at all. And serve proves it by running it, which reaps the live daemon's FUSE mounts and takes its build controller down (see reap_stale_sandboxes).
