What the step does. Default: nothing ({ type: "noop" }) — a step
that only sequences or gates others.

Any of these holding cancels the step instead of running it. Default: none (never cancelled).

All must hold for the step to start. Default: none (always starts).

Steps of the same pipeline that must complete before this one.
