type in bldr/rust-tools
Options for a command you are asking for on the fly, rather than one the config registered.
The difference is ignoreFailures, which only makes sense for a one-off
call. A registered target is a gate: something built it into the build tree
so that its failure is somebody's problem. Letting a gate ignore failures
would leave a target that is green whatever happens, which is worse than not
having the gate — so the type does not offer the knob there.
