Recent distributed-GC sweeps across every node, newest first.
Each node writes its own sweeps to etcd, so this answers what a single node's log cannot: whether GC is keeping up, whether every node swept after an unpin, and which node is failing.

How many passes to show, across all nodes
Defaults to 20.
bldr cluster info
Show cluster membership, what each node can run, pins, this tenant's refs, and the GC epoch.
Reports "standalone" when the node has not joined an etcd cluster — it still describes itself, because the question of what a node can run has the same answer either way.
