bldr invoke

Invoke a registered function over the function protocol.

The node discovers providers for NAME in the DHT, picks the one with the lowest estimated start time, and runs the function — recursively dispatching any nested calls. Progress is streamed to stderr; the final output CID is printed to stdout.
